2.3.2.4 The Insert Menu

In this menu you will find the blocks, sub-divided into individual groups, which can be added to the script.

Menu Command	Additional Menu	Explanation
Announcements		All blocks in which the caller is played an announcement: See 2.4.11.3 Play Announcement, see 2.4.11.4 Choose Announcement, see 2.4.11.5 Say Number, see 2.4.11.6 Say Date, see 2.4.11.7 Say Time.
Record		Blocks in which voice messages of the caller are recorded: See 2.4.10.9 Record Message.
Connect To		All blocks in which the forwarding of a call is dealt with: See 2.4.10.1 Connect To, see 2.4.10.2 Connect To Loop, see 2.4.10.3 FollowMe (Redirect Call), see 2.4.10.4 Hold, see 2.4.10.5 Activate, see 2.4.10.6 Wait for Disconnect.

Terminate call		Block in which the connection to the caller is terminated: See 2.4.10.13 Terminate call.
Conditions		All blocks in which decisions are made based on defined conditions: See 2.6.4.1 Situation, see 2.4.9.1 Call, see 2.4.9.2 Date/Time, see 2.4.9.3 Day of Week.
Variable		Blocks in which variables are defined and analyzed: See 2.4.11.1 Set Variable, see 2.4.11.2 Evaluate.
