Listening to voice mails

You have the following options if you want to listen to your voice mails with Swyx Connector for Skype:

Listening to voice mails in your standard e-mail program

Listening to voice mails via remote inquiry

How to switch to your standard e-mail program to listen to your voice mails:


	This option is only available, if you have configured a standard e-mail program. Please configure your e-mail preferences in your Microsoft Windows settings or in SwyxIt! (see This is how you define the local settings for your SwyxIt! computer). If you have not configured a standard e-mail program, a conversation window appears after clicking on the voice mail symbol, and you are automatically connected to your Voicemail by the “##10” key combination.

1. In the Skype Connector main window, click on the “Voicemail” symbol.

Your standard e-mail program opens.

2. To listen to your voice mails, follow the instructions in chapter Retrieving your Voicemails from Outlook.

How to listen to your voice mails if you have not set a default email program:

1. Start a call as described in chapter How to initiate a call via the Skype Connector window: and enter “##10” into the input field.

2. Follow the instructions as of step 4 in chapter This is how you listen to your Voice mails remotely.
