Contacts
In the Contacts menu, you have several options to search and display your contacts. At the end of the list you can find the number of your contacts.

When saving and processing personal data, observe the respective applicable legal data protection regulations. If you have any questions concerning data protection regulations in SwyxWare, please contact your administrator.

Personal data cannot be deleted automatically. In order to meet the valid data protection regulations, it may be necessary to delete the entries manually.
* 
The server data for Swyx Mobile 2015 for iOS will be updated automatically in regular intervals. Update your contact data by pulling down the list.
Search field
You can use the search field to search for contacts by name. After tapping in the field you can select, whether you want to display your Swyx contacts, your Xing contacts, your personal Apple contacts, or all contacts simultaneously.

Sorting order
By tapping on the symbol you can change the sorting order in your contact list.
To sort all contacts consistant, regardless of their source and display them as [Surname, Forename], enable the option “Reverse name order” in the settings.

Contact profile
When you tap on an item in the “Contacts” list, the corresponding contact profile appears. It displays the following information to the extent it has been saved: user image, status text, and all contact information available (e.g. phone numbers and e-mail addresses). It also allows you to start calls directly, add contacts to your Favorites list or send an e-mail to your contact.
