Voicemail and Remote Inquiry Recording, Listening to and Editing Voice mails

Recording, Listening to and Editing Voice mails
If the caller couldn't reach you, he can leave a Voicemail. You can listen to the Voicemail, when you are back at your desk or from another phone using the remote inquiry.
When a new Voicemail has been left for you, this will be indicated by
*a check mark next to the “New Voicemails“ option on the skin
*the number of new voice mails appearing next to the “New Voicemails“ option
*a briefly interrupted (stuttered) dial tone
*with the appropriate configuration you will find the voicemail in your e-mail inbox.
You can also check your Voicemail by Remote Inquiry from any phone connection. To do this, your Standard Voicemail must be configured appropriately(see chapter Configuration of the Standard Voicemail and Chapter Remote Inquiry).
The caller can cancel the announcement or the recording of a message at any time by entering a '0'. In this case, it will then be forwarded centrally.
A special feature allows callers to leave you a message, even if you are logged on and have not configured forwarding to your Voicemail. For further information please refer to The context menu for Speed Dial buttons.
