11 User Configuration
How are users created and configured?
This chapter describes the configuration of users, the settings of Voice Box and remote inquiry and the creation of conference rooms.
When saving and processing personal data, observe the respective applicable legal data protection regulations.
Personal data cannot be deleted automatically from the data base. In order to meet the valid data protection regulations, it may be necessary to delete the corresponding entries manually.
Users can be set up, and also removed, via the SwyxWare Administration (Configuring a new User) as well as in Windows user administration (Configure users in the Windows user administration).
