Creating Conference Rooms
To create a Conference Room 
1 In the menu, select “General Settings | Conference Rooms”.
*A list appears with all Conference Rooms.
2 Click on “Create Conference Room”.
*The “Create a Conference Room“ configuration wizard appears.
3 Define the numbers for the Conference Room.
Label
Explanation
Internal number
Enter the number under which the Conference Room is available site internally.
Default: Next free number
Public number
Enter the number under which the Conference Room is available publicly.
Allowed format: canonical (+<country code><area code><number>)
PIN
Enter a PIN which every participant needs to enter the conference room.
* 
When making later changes to settings, click “Save” to save the settings.
4 Click on “Save”.
*The Conference Room is displayed in the list of Conference Rooms.
