SwyxIt! offers you the convenient option of showing your conversation partner the contents of your screen during a phone call. This allows you to use visual data, in addition to oral communication, to answer questions. Your conversation partner can not only see your screen, but, if you allow it, he can also access your desktop using his input device.
You can use the Collaboration function with SwyxIt! Meeting, but also with NetViewer///NEU2013R4 TeamViewer.
The following requirements must be fulfilled in order to use the Collaboration functions:
*Your administrator must allow Collaboration (or Application Sharing) for you. For further information please refer to chapter General.
*You must have activated Collaboration in your user profile. For further information please refer to chapter General.
*For Collaboration with NetViewer///NEU2013R4TeamViewer: you have selected the corresponding function when installing the SwyxIt!For further information please refer to chapter Custom Setup Installation..
*For Collaboration with SwyxIt! Meeting: you have selected the corresponding function when installing the SwyxIt!.For further information please refer to chapter Custom Setup Installation.

As of version 2013 R4, TeamViewer is installed automatically as standard collaboration tool during installation. In case of an update, the TeamViewer plug-in will be installed automatically, provided you have not selected another Plug-in during setup. The collaboration tool, which you have set as default before the update, will also be used as standard tool after the update.
This is how you specify a default tool for Collaboration
This is how you display your desktop on your conversation partner’s screen
1. During a call, click on the "Collaboration" button , or select the option "Collaboration" from the "Functions" menu. The Collaboration application defined as default is then started.
Or
1. During a call, click with the right mouse button on the "Collaboration" button. The context menu with the available collaboration applications (tools) will be displayed.
2. Click on the application you want.
3. The corresponding Collaboration tool is started. The operation then depends on the particular tool.

The Collaboration function is only available during an active call.
