Permissions of the administration profiles

The User Operator and Call Status Operator profiles give you supervisor access within the VisualGroups portal.
The profiles have the following characteristics for VisualGroups:

Unrestricted access.

Backoffice Administrator, User Administrator & User Operator

 cannot create new queues. |

Call Status Operator
|
cannot create new queuescannot create new userscannot edit general settingscannot make SMTP settings |
