9.1.3 Switching devices during a call
You are on a call via Enreach Contact Desktop, but need to continue it on the go? No problem — you can easily transfer the call to your smartphone.
To switch the call from Enreach Contact Desktop to your Enreach Contact App
1 Open the Enreach Contact app.
*You can see the currently active call.
2 Tap the Ongoing Call header.
3 Tap on Another device.
4 Choose whether to take over the call as an App call or via GSM.
*A new call is initiated.
5 Accept the call and continue the conversation on your smartphone.
To switch the call from the Enreach Contact App to your Enreach Contact Desktop
You are on a call via the Enreach Contact app.
1 Tap on More .
2 Tap on Device transfer and select Desktop.
*The call is signaled on Enreach Contact Desktop.
3 Accept the call and continue the conversation.
*The call in the Enreach Contact app is ended automatically.
