CTI settings
With the Swyx Connector for Microsoft Teams you can set the CTI settings for your SwyxIt!.

When saving and processing personal data, observe the respective applicable legal data protection regulations. If you have any questions, especially about data protection in SwyxWare, please contact your administrator.
 
To open the CTI settings 
1 Click on in the Microsoft Teams menu bar.
*The Swyx Connector for Microsoft Teams appears.
2 Click on .
*A pop-up window appears in which you can make the CTI settings, see https://help.swyx.com/cpe/latest.version/Client/Swyx/en-US/index.html#context/help/phonecontrol_cti_$.
