Activate call forwarding

You can activate your standard call forwarding via the Enable undconditional forwarding key. For more information, see https://help.swyx.com/cpe/latest.version/Client/Swyx/en-US/index.html#context/help/redirections_$.

To activate call forwarding

1 Click on

in the Microsoft Teams menu bar.

The Swyx Connector for Microsoft Teams appears.

2 Click on

.

Your default forwarding is active.

To configure call forwarding

1 Click on

in the Microsoft Teams menu bar.

The Swyx Connector for Microsoft Teams appears.

2 Click on

and on Forwarding settings.
