Deleting group voice messages

You can delete voice messages that you have received within a group.

To delete all displayed group voicemails at once, select all messages manually and click on

To delete a group voice message

1 Click on

in the Microsoft Teams menu bar.

The Swyx Connector for Microsoft Teams appears.

2 Click on Voice Box in the menu bar.

The overview of your voice messages appears.

3 Next to My voicemails click on

The list with your groups appears.

4 Click on the group in which you want to delete the voicemail.

5 Click on one or more entries and then on

to delete the selected voicemails.

6 Confirm the deletion by clicking on Delete.

The selected voice messages are deleted.
