3.2 Phonebook
Frequently used phone numbers are stored in the phonebook. You can dial them directly from the phonebook. You can filter the phonebook according to various criteria by clicking on the respective button:
*All
*Users, see Status signalling.
*Groups, see Groups.
*Global, see Global.
*Personal, see Personal.

When saving and processing personal data, observe the respective applicable legal data protection regulations. If you have any questions especially regarding data protection in SwyxWare, please contact your administrator.
 
* 
Personal data cannot be deleted automatically. In order to meet the valid data protection regulations, it may be necessary to delete the entries manually.
 
Users
On the User tab you can see all SwyxWare users.
Groups
On the Groups tab you can see all SwyxWare groups.
Global
On the tab Global tab you can see all global SwyxWare server phonebook entries without SwyxWare users and groups.
Personal
On the Personal tab your personal phonebook entries are displayed.
Status signalling
In the telephone book, you can find information on whether
*the contact is currently available, absent or logged off, or if they do not wish to be disturbed.
*the line of the contact is currently busy.
To start a call from the Phonebook 
1 In the Microsoft Teams menu bar, click .
*The Swyx Connector for Microsoft Teams appears.
2 In the menu bar click on Phonebook.
*The phonebook appears.
3 Move the cursor over the phone number of the corresponding contact and click Dial.
