3.1 Speed Dials
The phone numbers of frequently used call partners can be stored on Speed Dials. You can view all and available contacts by clicking on the respective button. By clicking on a Speed Dial, you can start a call with the respective contact. When saving and processing personal data, observe the respective applicable legal data protection regulations. If you have any questions especially regarding data protection in SwyxWare, please contact your administrator.

Personal data cannot be deleted automatically. In order to meet the valid data protection regulations, it may be necessary to delete the entries manually.
 
Under Speed dials the following information is available:
*Contact name
*Status text
*Phone number
To edit a Speed Dial 
1 Click on in the Microsoft Teams menu bar.
*The Swyx Connector for Microsoft Teams appears.
2 In the menu bar click on Speed Dials.
*The Speed Dials appear.
3 Click on on the corresponding speed dial key to edit it.
To add a Speed Dial 
1 Click on in the Microsoft Teams menu bar.
*The Swyx Connector for Microsoft Teams appears.
2 In the menu bar click on Speed Dials.
*The Speed Dials appear.
3 Click on Add.
