4.1.2 Setting automatic search
In the settings you can define for which types of calls the automatic search should be started. For a type of call for which the automatic search has been set, the entries found for the corresponding caller are automatically displayed on the Swyx VisualContacts interface in the Swyx Connector for Microsoft Teams.
Automatic search can be set for the following call types:
*Incoming calls
*Outgoing calls
*External calls
*Internal calls
To set the automatic search
1 Click on in the Microsoft Teams menu bar.
*The Swyx Connector for Microsoft Teams appears.
2 Click on in the menu bar.
*The VisualContacts tab opens.
3 Click on .
*The VisualContacts settings appear.
4 Select the checkbox for the call types for which you want to enable the automatic search.
5 Click on Save.
*The automatic search is active for the selected call types.
