You can call up the Call Routing Manager from the Swyx Connector for Microsoft Teams.
To call up the Call Routing Manager
1 Click on in the Microsoft Teams menu bar.
*The Swyx Connector for Microsoft Teams appears.
2 Click on and on Call Routing Manager.
*The Call Routing Manager opens and you can configure forwarding rules, see help.enreach.com/cpe/latest.version/CRM/Swyx/en-US/index.html.
