3.7.4 Deleting group voice messages
You can delete voice messages that you have received within a group.
 
Click on to delete all displayed group voice messages.
 
To delete a group voice message
1 Click on in the Microsoft Teams menu bar.
*The Swyx Connector for Microsoft Teams appears.
2 Click on in the menu bar.
*The overview of your voice messages appears.
3 Select the tab with the name of the group in which you want to delete the message.
 
Depending on size of the window and the number of your groups, you may need to open the drop-down list to select a group.
 
4 Click on one or more entries and then on to delete the selected voice messages.
5 Confirm the deletion by clicking on Delete.
*The selected voice messages are deleted.
