3.7.3 Playing group voice messages
You can retrieve voice messages that you have received within a group.
 
The tab with the group names shows you how many voice messages have not yet been listened to.
 
 
The column Played by indicates who played the group voice message first.
 
To play a group voice message
1 Click on in the Microsoft Teams menu bar.
*The Swyx Connector for Microsoft Teams appears.
2 Click on in the menu bar.
*The overview of your voice messages appears.
3 Select the tab with the name of the group in which you want to play the message.
 
Depending on size of the window and the number of your groups, you may need to open the drop-down list to select a group.
 
*The overview of the voice messages of the selected group appears. The voice messages that have not been played yet are highlighted in bold.
4 In the line of the message you want to play, click on .
*The voice message is played.
 
The column Played by indicates who played the group voice message first.
