8.28 Ordering UC Tenant functions
You can order for customers
*Conference Rooms
*Fax channels
*and voice message transcription for groups by specifying the maximum number of groups with activated function for a UC Tenant.
 
There is a charge for ordering UC Tenant functions. By clicking on Order with costs you enter into a payment obligation. For information regarding the licensing procedure in SwyxON see the performance specification.
 
 
No furtherUC tenant functions can be created if this would exceed the specified maximum number.
 
 
The transcription of voice messages is only supported in UC Tenants V14.10 and higher.
 
 
If the maximum number is 0, you must place an order so that further conference rooms and fax channels can be created.
 
How to order UC Tenant functions
1 Select in the menu UC Tenant.
*A list appears with all UC Tenants or the selected Partner’s UC Tenants.
2 In the row of the corresponding UC tenant, click on Select.
*The following submenu appears UC Tenant. You can edit the settings for the selected UC Tenant.
3 In the menu, select UC Tenant | Licenses.
4 Click on Tenant functions.
5 Click on Update to retrieve the current usage capacity from the system again.
6 If necessary, enter the desired values:

Increase the number by the additional quantity you wish to order.

Number of conference rooms, fax channels or groups with voice message transcription that are currently available on the selected UC Tenant
7 Click on Save.
 
Check under New the quantity to order.
 
8 Check the order summary and click Order with costs.
