8.10 Edit Operator UC Tenants
You can display the information on the Operator wholesaler, Operator dealer and customer of the UC Tenant.
You can specify whether the UC Tenant may be managed by the dealer.
You can sort the Operator Tenants list according to a specific dealer.
To edit an Operator UC Tenant
1 Select in the menu UC Tenant.
2 Select the Operator tenants tab.
*The list of all Operator-UC Tenants or the Operator-UC Tenants of the selected partner appears.
3 In the row of the corresponding UC tenant, click on Select.
4 Select the Operator tab.
The following information will appear:

Wholesaler Account ID
These fields are read by the Operator database when the customer account ID is entered.
Wholesaler Account Name
Dealer Account ID
Dealer Account Name
Customer Account Name
Customer Account ID
Enter the customer's account ID to query the assignment of the dealer and wholesaler to the corresponding Operator UC Tenant from the Operator database.
UC Tenant can be managed by dealers
(only for Platform Administrator or Partner-Wholesaler Administrator)
Activate the checkbox if this Operator UC Tenant is to be managed by the dealer of the corresponding customer.
5 Enter the Customer Account ID.
6 Click on Save.
*The data is queried and appears in the corresponding fields.
7 Select in the menu UC Tenant.
8 Select the Operator tab.
*The list of all Operator UC Tenants or the Operator UC Tenants of the selected partner appears.
9 Enter the name of the desired retailer in the Filter by retailer: field.
*Only the Operator UC Tenants of the selected retailer are displayed.
