4.2 Recents
In the Recents area, all calls received and made are listed in chronological order under the option All. You can use the Missed and Outgoing filters to further filter the list.

When saving and processing personal data, observe the respective applicable legal data protection regulations. If you have any questions in particular concerning data protection regulations in SwyxWare, please contact your administrator.
* 
Personal data cannot be deleted automatically. In order to meet the valid data protection regulations, it may be necessary to delete the entries manually.
 
You can use the search field to search for contacts by name and numbers.
The colored circle around the profile picture of your contact is marked with a red dot while he/she is speaking.
If the colored circle around the profile picture is marked with a white dot , the contact has called a group you are a member of.
An arrow indicates whether it was an incoming, outgoing or missed call. Furthermore, a symbol indicates when you have received a voice mail. Data like call duration, start time etc. are displayed here additionally, in case they are available at SwyxServer.

In case of missed calls, the number of calls is shown in the menu bar next to Recents.
If an occasion recurs, it will be summarised in one line, completed by the number of repetitions.

The server data for Swyx Mobile for iOS will be updated automatically in regular intervals. Update your recents data by pulling down the list.
To show summarised occasions in detail 
1 Tap on the occasion.
*The profile of the involved subscriber will be displayed.
2 Tap on Recents to get an overview of the particular occasions.
To get more details of your call tap on the symbol.
To remove all entries from the “Recents” tab 
1 Tap on Edit in the Recents tab.
2 Tap on Clear all to remove all entries from the list.
3 Confirm the security prompt with Clear all.
*The entries will be removed, the tab is empty.
To remove a particular entry from the “Recents” tab 
1 Tap on Edit in the Recents tab.
*A minus sign appears next to each entry.
2 Tap on the minus sign of the entry to remove it.
3 Tap on Delete.
*The entry will be removed.
