Setting the status
Your status is shown as a colored circle around your profile picture in the contact lists of your contacts. The following status information is available:
Status
Description
This status indicates to other parties that you are available for calls.
This status indicates to other parties that you may not be able to accept calls.
This status indicates to other parties that you are not available for calls.
This status is automatically shown when Swyx Mobile as well as Swyx Desktop Client are not connected to SwyxServer.

The “Offline” status cannot be set manually.

If you are logged on to further clients, all status updates you made via Swyx Mobile will be displayed on these clients. This behavior is different using the status “Offline”. As long as you are logged on to SwyxServer with at least one device except Swyx Mobile, your status remains “Logged in”. Your status will be displayed to “Offline” only in case you are logged off with your last device.
To set your status:
1. Tap on your user picture in the upper menu bar.
A window with status information options appears.
2. Tap on the status you wish to set.
The corresponding status appears in form of a colored circle around your profile picture.
