Playing voice mails
If you have recieved a voice mail, a corresponding symbol is displayed in your “Recents” list.

When saving and processing personal data, observe the respective applicable legal data protection regulations. If you have any questions concerning data protection regulations in SwyxWare, please contact your administrator.

Personal data cannot be deleted automatically. In order to meet the valid data protection regulations, it may be necessary to delete the entries manually.
To listen to received voice mails:
1. Tap on the voice mail symbol on the right side of the entry.
A connection to your voicemail is established.
2. As an alternative you can establish a connection to your voicemail by tapping long on the button within the dial pad.
