Known issues with Android notifications
Android allows you to stop processes in the background via the power management, to suppress notifications or to limit or prohibit data use in the background.
This may result in notifications and call signalling being blocked.
Below are some steps you can take to fix the problems we know about.
To exclude Swyx Mobile from battery consumption optimisation 
Android 9 and higher using the example of Samsung
1 Tap Settings in the app drawer.
2 Select Apps.
3 Select Swyx Mobile.
4 Select Battery and tap Battery optimisation.
5 Select the option Not optimised apps here and change it to All apps.
6 Search for "Swyx Mobile" in this list and select the option Do not optimise.
Android 9 and higher using the example of Huawei
1 Tap Settings in the app drawer.
2 Select Battery.
3 Select App launch.
4 Find "Swyx Mobile" in the list and deactivate the switch next to "Swyx Mobile".
5 Confirm the dialogue "Manually manage" with OK.

The Android operating system will regularly inform you that you have deactivated the battery consumption optimisation. If you do not want this notification, deactivate the power consumption warning within the battery settings of Swyx Mobile. Note that the battery settings of Swyx Mobile are only visible when the app is active.
To make sure that data usage of Swyx Mobile in the background is allowed (Different device models) 
Android 9 and higher using the example of Huawei P30Pro
1 Tap Settings in the app drawer.
2 Select Apps.
3 Select App launch.
4 Select Swyx Mobile. Use the search if necessary.
5 Tap on Notifications.
6 Activate Allow notifications.
Android 9 and higher using the example of Samsung S20.
1 Tap Settings in the app drawer.
2 Select Apps.
3 Select Swyx Mobile.
4 Tap on Notifications.
5 Activate Show notifications and all other options.
6 Go back to the App Info and tap on Permissions there.
7 Tap on Data usage of applications.
8 Activate Allow background data use.
9 Go back to the App Info and tap on Mobile data connection there.
10 Activate Allow data use when saving data.
11 Go back to the App Info and tap on Battery there.
12 Activate Allow background activity.
