Other options in the section Contacts
There are more options for managing your contacts at the bottom of the main area.
Option
Explanation
Send WhatsApp template
You can send a WhatsApp template to selected contacts.
*Click Select at the bottom of the screen.
*Click on the desired contact. You can select multiple contacts.
*Click Send Whatsapp template.
*A pop-up window opens in which you can select a template and see a preview.
*Select a template from the drop-down list.
*Click Send.
*The WhatsApp template is sent.
Export
You can export your contact list.
*Click Export.
*The whole contact list is saved as an Excel or CSV file on your computer.

*Click Select at the bottom of the screen and select the contacts you want.
*Click Export.
*The contact list is saved as an Excel or CSV file on your computer.
Import
You can import a contact list into your bot. Only CSV files can be imported. Make sure that you choose the correct separator: comma or semicolon.
*Click Import.
*Select the CSV file you want to import from your computer and click Open.
*Click OK.
*The contact list is imported.

You can download a template for a CSV file that shows which fields the file should contain. Make sure that imported CSV files use the same structure.
