Listening to voice messages
If you have received a voice message, this will be indicated on the Voice Box button. Clicking on Voice Box opens the My Voice Messages list in the call journal and you can listen to your voice messages directly there.
To listen to your Voice Messages 
1 Click on the Voice Box button.
*The list My Voice Messages opens in the call journal. Unplayed voice messages are highlighted in bold.
2 Select the desired voice message and click on .
*The voice message is played.
You can use the standard functions of the call journal, see Functions in the Call journal.

The function Clear List delete all entries in the list, including voice messages that have not yet been played. To avoid accidentally deleting a voice message, click on an entry you want to delete from the list and then click on or right-click on an entry and select Delete entry from the context menu.
 
To listen to Group Voice Messages 
1 Click on the Voice Box button.
*The Call Journal opens.
2 Click on Group Voice Messages.
*The list of the group messages received is displayed. Unplayed voice messages are highlighted in bold.
3 Select the desired voice message and click on .
*The voice message is played. The name of the group member who played the voice message first is displayed in the column Played by.
You can use the standard functions of the call journal, see Functions in the Call journal.
