|
As of version 13.27, it is possible to leave voice messages when making a group call in SwyxIt! and Swyx Connector for Microsoft Teams.

IMAP4 is no longer supported
|
As of version 13.27, voice messages are no longer managed via IMAP4 on a mail server, but within SwyxWare. Voice messages can still be sent by e-mail.

Access to voice messages via the call journal
|
Your personal voice messages and group voice messages are listed in the call journal and can be played there.

Utilisation rate of the Voice Box
|
In SwyxIt! and Swyx Connector for Microsoft Teams the utilization rate of your own voice box is displayed in the call journal. For the configuration of the storage management, see Voice Box.

SwyxIt! 12.10
For the provision of the Swyx Meeting service, user-related data will be transmitted to our processor Voiceworks B.V. (also part of the Enreach Group) on the basis of a corresponding contract and processed there. By using the products, various data such as IP address, login data, chat messages, names of communication partners, dial-in number (Swyx Meeting), files sent and screenshare content (Swyx Meeting) are transmitted.

Swyx Messenger
|
From version 12.10, a new extended instant messaging function is available in SwyxIt!. You can communicate with your contacts via text messages in individual and group chats.

Note that SwyxIt! Messenger is configured as the instant messaging service by default.
