This document is intended for Swyx partners and administrators who are experts in the chosen virtualization technology. We expect them to have experience with SwyxWare at least beyond the usual Swyx partner certification. We assume that customers who use a SwyxWare HA solution have a professional IT department with experienced administrators who are familiar with the setup and maintenance of the chosen virtualization technology.
