2.4.10 Optional Blocks – Actions
These optional blocks are used to represent individual actions of the Call Routing Managers. Blocks, which contain actions include, for example:
Transfer to another number or to Voice Box (transfer),
repeated transfer (Loop),
Call Forwarding (FollowMe),
to play one or more announcements,
Record Messages,
Send e-mail or voice message,
Remote Inquiry or
to terminate call handling.
