Callback request
If you call another subscriber within your company and the connection can not be established (e.g. speaking, busy, call not picked up, absent), you can make a callback request.
There are two different situations:
*Callback on busy, i.e. the person called is speaking
*Callback (when the line is idle and the call is not picked up or is forwarded to Voicemail)
SwyxIt! offers you a list for the management of your callback requests.
If conversely another user leaves a callback request for you, this is noted in your caller list.
