The series SwyxPLUS comprises the options "SwyxPLUS VisualContacts“, "SwyxPLUS for DATEV pro“, “SwyxPLUS VisualGroups Standard” and “SwyxPLUS VisualGroups Enhanced”, sowie SwyxPLUS Feature Pack for certified SIP phones.

SwyxPLUS VisualContacts is an option which allows a SwyxIt! user to access contact data from various data bases via ESTOS MetaDirectory.

All SwyxIt! users, who want to use the SwyxPLUS VisualContacts upgrade, need a SwyxPLUS VisualContacts license. SwyxIt! retrieves this license during logon to the SwyxServer, if SwyxPLUS VisualContacts is installed.

SwyxPLUS for DATEV pro is an option which makes it possible to use the DATEV phone function via SwyxIt!.

All SwyxIt! users, who want to use a DATEV pro integration, need a SwyxPLUS for DATEV pro license. SwyxIt! retrieves this license during logon to the SwyxServer, if SwyxPLUS for DATEV pro is installed. Users with SwyxPLUS for DATEV pro license do not need an additional SwyxPLUS VisualContacts license.

This option offers the possibility to use extended SwyxWare functionalities, such as CTI, integration of the global phonebook and various system phone functions, with certified third-party SIP phones. The a of functions depends on the provider and telephone model.

Each SwyxPLUS VisualGroups license includes a queue, to which you can assign an unlimited number of users. The licenses must be deployed on the server before the configuration. During installation they are retrieved from the server.

You can expand the functional range of “SwyxPLUS VisualGroups Standard” or “Enhanced” at any time with “SwyxPLUS VisualGroups additional queue” to add any number of queues. Statistics and administration of missed calls are only included in the Enhanced version.
