Lotus Notes - Telephoning with SwyxIt! Speed dial buttons Calendar on the Speed Dial

Calendar on the Speed Dial
From the context card of a Speed Dial button, you can directly call up the Lotus Notes calendar of the subscriber concerned. If certain requirements are met, the next availability information from the Lotus Notes calendar will also be displayed directly in the context menu.
The contact card then shows the current status (e.g. "free until 10:30") and the subsequent status (e.g. "then absent until 12:00").
A prerequisite is that the subscriber is recognized by Lotus Notes. Recognition is by means of the label of the Speed Dial, or the stored number. This subscriber's Lotus Notes calendar must also be appropriately released. The Lotus Notes calendar is opened by clicking on this entry.
If the preconditions for the display of the availability information are not satisfied, the menu item "Show Calendar" is displayed instead of the calendar information.
*Menu item "Show Calendar" active: SwyxIt! could not view the calendar information. The cause could be network problems, for example, or certain Lotus Notes configuration settings. The Lotus Notes calendar is opened by clicking on this menu item. If the contact was not uniquely recognized or the calendar not released, the calendar cannot be called up, and a corresponding message is displayed.
*Menu item "Show Calendar" greyed out: Lotus Notes is not started, the Lotus Notes plug-in is not installed, an external number was assigned to the Speed Dial.
