Lotus Notes - Telephoning with SwyxIt! Displaying and creating Lotus Notes Contacts from lists

Displaying and creating Lotus Notes Contacts from lists
You can create or open your Lotus Notes contacts directly from the Phonebook or the lists in the call journal in SwyxIt!.
The call number is used for checking whether a Contact is already present. If a corresponding contact is found, it is displayed. Only contacts for which the numbers match exactly are displayed, otherwise a new contact is always created.
If no contact is present, a new Contact is created, but not yet saved directly. You can then process the new contact as necessary in Lotus Notes and save it.
This is how you open a Contact from a list
1. Start Lotus Notes.
2. Open the list (e.g. the Phonebook) from which you want to open the contact.
3. Highlight the contact and click on "Show contact".
An existing Lotus Notes contact is opened, or a new contact is created. A call is correlated to a contact by means of the number.
4. If you have created a new contact, adjust it as necessary and save it in Lotus Notes.
