Displaying a Lotus Notes contact for an incoming call
You can indicate in your Lotus Notes that the corresponding contact from your Lotus Notes contacts should be opened automatically. The Lotus Notes databases to be used can be selected in the Lotus Notes configuration. For each contacts database you can define whether
Contacts should be displayed only for callers who are already recorded in Lotus Notes contacts or
a contact should always be displayed for each caller - thus for an unknown caller a new contact will be created.
