With Lotus Notes, you can use SwyxIt! not only as a dialing aid but also to identify incoming calls. If the number of an incoming call can be identified in the Lotus Notes contacts, then the related name is displayed during the ringing and listed in the call journal. SwyxIt! searches through all configured contact databases for this. (see chapter Configuration).
