Lines Telephony Functions Disabling Lines (Wrap-up Time)

Disabling Lines (Wrap-up Time)
You can specifically block a line for further incoming calls, e.g. in order to have enough time to process a customer inquiry after a call from a customer. Your SwyxIt! is then busy for further incoming calls. If you would always like to have a wrap-up time configured for a line, you must define this when configuring the line.
*
Incoming calls to a disabled line will be forwarded according to Forwarding if busy.
This is how you disable a line after every call
1. Click with the right mouse button on the selected Line button.
The context menu will appear.
2. In the context menu, select "Properties".
The "Properties of…" window will appear.
3. Activate the option “Disable line after call”.
4. Define a time period (5 – 1800 seconds).
5. Confirm your input by clicking on "OK".
The line will now be disabled after every call for the time period defined.
*
If you start an outgoing call on the disabled line, this line will once again be cleared for incoming calls when you go on hook.
