Private and business calls
Several different public line access prefixes can be configured for a location (
see How to create a new location). This allows you to distinguish between business and private calls. Different routings can be defined for these different public line access prefixes (
see also chapter Routing).
Analyzing calls by different public line access prefixes allows you to later create call detail records (
see also Call Detail Records (CDR)). You can specify how external numbers are to be stored in call detail records: as complete numbers, partially (replacing the final digits with 'X'), or not at all (replaced with 'XXXX').
