Optional Blocks-Actions
These optional blocks are used to represent individual actions of the Call Routing Manager. Blocks, which contain actions include, for example:
transfer the call to another number or to Voicemail (Connect),
repeated transfer (Loop),
Call Forwarding (FollowMe),
to play one or more announcements,
Record Messages,
to send E-mails or Voicemail,
Remote Inquiry or
to terminate call handling.
