Displaying a IBM Notes contact for an incoming call
You can indicate in your IBM Notes that the corresponding contact from your IBM Notes contacts should be opened automatically. The IBM Notes databases to be used can be selected in the IBM Notes configuration. For each contacts database you can define whether
Contacts should be displayed only for callers who are already recorded in IBM Notes contacts or
a contact should always be displayed for each caller - thus for an unknown caller a new contact will be created.
